Privacy policy

This policy explains what Catalead, LLC (“Catalead,” “we,” “us”) collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email jacobcherian316@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Catalyst Report answers. Everything you enter in the assessment, including your name, organization, email, and optional role and phone number.
• Contact form messages. Your name, email, optional organization and phone, and your message.
• Attribution data. The page you first landed on, the referring website, and any campaign (UTM) tags in the link you followed, so we know which channels bring people to us.
• Usage analytics. Aggregated, cookie-free page-view and performance data (see Analytics below).

How we use it

• To generate your Catalyst Report and email you a copy.
• To reply to your message and, if you agreed, follow up about your report or how we might help.
• To understand which pages and channels are working so we can improve the site.

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for third-party advertising.

Services we use

We rely on a few trusted providers to run the site. They process data on our behalf only to provide their service:

• Vercel hosts the website and provides our cookie-free analytics.
• OpenAI helps write the narrative sections of your Catalyst Report from your answers.
• Airtable stores report submissions and contact messages for our team.
• Google (Gmail and Google Calendar) sends report emails and hosts our booking page.

Analytics and cookies

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which measure page views and performance without cookies and without identifying you personally. You can turn them off at any time with “Privacy choices” in the footer; if you decline, they don’t load.

We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Information stored on your device

The site saves a few things in your browser’s local storage: your Catalyst Report progress (so you can pick up where you left off), your privacy choice, whether you’ve seen our report pop-up, and the attribution data described above. You can clear these with “Start over” in the report, “Privacy choices” in the footer, or by clearing your browser data.

How long we keep it

We keep report submissions and messages for as long as they’re useful for responding to you and serving clients, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop follow-up emails, at any time by emailing jacobcherian316@gmail.com or replying to any email we send. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we’ll honor them.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections, and access to submissions is limited to our team. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.

Children

This site is intended for adults acting for their organizations. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we update this policy, we’ll change the date above. See also our terms of use.
